
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DUTIES:
• Strong communication skills, on the phone and via email
• Develop client relationships, assist clients in reaching their marketing initiatives and overall brand strategy
• Learn the needs of clients and manage the relationships to help grow the business
• Maintain an active presence in community through industry trade and networking events
• Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure the clients needs are met in a timely and effective manner
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Desire to work for an entrepreneurial oriented company; able to take initiative and action with limited direction
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-5 years of related work experience
• Possess good communication, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Understanding and involved in social media
• Strong organizational and creative skills and is detail oriented
• Adaptable to change and able to multitask
• Demonstrates a positive team-oriented attitude that contributes to the overall culture of the sales team and perception of the sales team within the organization
• A minimal amount of travel is required to attend trade shows
• Knowledge of the mobile accessory industry is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Office Masters System (OMS) a plus
• Bilingual skills in Chinese or Spanish a plus

IT / PROGRAMMING
REQUIREMENTS:
• Working experience with ASP.NET, XSLT, Windows IIS Environment, MySQL database;
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking;
• Must be detail-oriented and organized;
• Basic SEO experience and knowledge (optional);
• JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Ext JS experience or knowledge is a plus;
• Knowledge or experience of WordPress and creating themes and plug-ins for it (optional)

WAREHOUSE
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with basic warehouse operations: picking, packing, shipping, and receiving;
• Knowledge of RMA procedures and inventory control;
• Familiar with UPS WorldShip® system is a plus;
• Self-motivated & positive attitude

ACCOUNTING
REQUIREMENTS:
• Working experience in accounts receivable / accounts payable, billing, general ledger, bank reconcile, data entry and customer service;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills;
• Working knowledge of OMS system (optional);
• Have legal status working in the United States
